How much does a kids’ party bus cost in NYC?

What is the free 15-minute decorating window?
For kids’ parties, your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup at no charge so parents can hang balloons, banners, streamers, and signs. Non-damaging décor only — tape and ribbon are fine. The complimentary decorating window is included with every kids’ party booking.
Is the bus alcohol-free for kids’ parties?
Yes — every kids’ party, school group, and teen event is strictly alcohol-free, no exceptions. Chauffeurs are trained to enforce the policy.
Do you provide car seats or booster seats?
Parents provide car seats and booster seats for any child who needs one under New York and New Jersey law, and our chauffeurs help secure them before departure. Tell us the children’s ages when you book and we’ll plan seating accordingly.
How many adult chaperones do we need?
At least one adult chaperone must ride with every kids’ group, and we recommend one adult for every 8–10 children. Chaperones ride free as part of the group headcount.
Does the bus wait at the theme park all day?
Yes. For theme-park trips the bus parks on site for the day (parking fees apply per park) and is waiting at the gate when the group is ready to head home.
