These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jnapartybusentertainment.com and the transportation services provided by J&A Party Bus Entertainment (“J&A Party Bus Entertainment,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Website Usage
Our website and associated booking portals are provided for informational purposes and to facilitate transportation reservations. By using our website you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a reservation or enquiry.
- You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.
- You will not use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the website without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion, without notice, for any user who violates these terms.
2. Bookings & Reservations
2.1 Making a Reservation. Reservations may be placed through our website, by phone, or by email. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by J&A Party Bus Entertainment. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us by email or SMS.
2.2 Accuracy of Information. You are responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off addresses, times, passenger counts, and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from inaccurate information.
2.3 Vehicle Substitution. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity where the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical failure or circumstances beyond our control.
2.4 Passenger Capacity. Vehicle capacities stated on our website are maximums. For comfort and safety, the number of passengers may not exceed the stated capacity of the vehicle under any circumstances.
3. Payments & Pricing
3.1 Pricing. All prices quoted are in US dollars and are determined at the time of booking based on the service type, vehicle selected, route, duration, and any additional services requested. Tolls, parking fees, gratuity, and applicable taxes may be additional unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.2 Deposits. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Any deposit amount will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process and confirmed in writing with your reservation. Deposits are applied toward the total fare.
3.3 Payment Methods. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3.4 Gratuity. Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in the quoted fare unless otherwise noted, and is at the discretion of the customer.
3.5 Additional Charges. Additional charges may apply for excessive wait time beyond any complimentary period, additional stops not included in the original reservation, tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip, cleaning fees for excessive soiling or damage to the vehicle interior, and any changes to the route or destination after the trip has begun. Where such charges apply, they are communicated to you at the time of booking or at the time they are incurred.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by Customer. Cancellation terms, including any deposit and applicable cancellation fees, are communicated to you at the time of booking and confirmed in writing with your reservation. To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us as early as possible at (718) 749-1842.
4.2 Cancellation by J&A Party Bus Entertainment. In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, road closures, or mechanical failure without a suitable replacement vehicle), we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund of amounts paid. We are not liable for any consequential damages resulting from a cancellation on our part.
4.3 Modifications. Changes to your reservation (date, time, pick-up location, vehicle) are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. Please contact us as early as possible to request modifications.
4.4 No-Show. If you do not appear at the scheduled pick-up location within the agreed wait time and do not contact us, the reservation may be treated as a cancellation under the terms confirmed with your booking.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
By travelling with us, you and your party agree that:
- All passengers will comply with the lawful instructions of the chauffeur at all times.
- Federal and state law prohibits the consumption of alcohol by anyone under the age of 21. Where alcohol is permitted on board, it is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to ensure no underage consumption takes place.
- Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
- Illegal substances and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Standing through a sunroof or interfering with the safe operation of the vehicle is prohibited.
- The person making the reservation is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by members of their party, including cleaning charges for excessive soiling.
The chauffeur may terminate a trip without refund if the conduct of any passenger endangers the safety of the vehicle, the chauffeur, or other passengers, or violates the law.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, J&A Party Bus Entertainment is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or acts of government. We are not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle. Our total liability arising out of any reservation shall not exceed the amount paid for that reservation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. SMS / Text Messaging
7.1 Consent. The J&A Party Bus Entertainment SMS program (the “J&A Party Bus Entertainment SMS Alerts” program) provides transactional text messages related to your transportation services. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact or reservation forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from J&A Party Bus Entertainment related to your transportation services. The checkbox is optional and is not pre-selected; you may submit an enquiry or make a reservation without opting in. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
7.2 SMS Data & Privacy. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose. Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to send transactional service messages related to your reservation with J&A Party Bus Entertainment.
7.3 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the services you have requested. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per reservation (including booking confirmation, driver assignment, arrival notification, and post-trip follow-up). Frequency may increase around active bookings or if you have multiple reservations. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.
7.4 Message & Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. J&A Party Bus Entertainment is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific text and data plan.
7.5 Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications. Opting out will not affect your reservations or services.
7.6 Opt Back In. If you have opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS messages, reply START to our number or contact us directly to re-enable notifications.

7.8 Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
