SMS Terms

J&A Party Bus Entertainment (“J&A Party Bus Entertainment,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates two separate SMS messaging programs: a transactional program that keeps customers informed about their reservations and rides, and an optional marketing program that sends special offers and promotions. Each program has its own separate, unchecked consent checkbox. You may opt into either program, both, or neither, and neither is required to book. By opting in, you agree to the following terms.
Program Name
J&A Party Bus Entertainment SMS Alerts
Message Types
Transactional messages (separate consent): booking and reservation confirmations, ride status and driver arrival notifications, payment receipts, appointment reminders, and customer-service follow-ups related to your reservation.
Marketing messages (separate, optional consent): special offers, seasonal promotions, discounts, and news about our vehicles and services. We send these only if you have separately checked the marketing consent box. Opting out of one program does not opt you out of the other.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. For transactional messages you will typically receive 1–5 messages per reservation; frequency may increase around active bookings or if you have multiple reservations. For marketing messages you will receive at most 4 messages per month.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific text and data plan. J&A Party Bus Entertainment does not charge for SMS messages.
Carriers
Available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from us.

Consent Is Not Required
Opting into either SMS program is not a condition of making a reservation, purchasing any service, or using any service from J&A Party Bus Entertainment. Transactional and marketing consent are collected through separate, unchecked checkboxes, and neither is required to submit a form or complete a booking. You may book by phone or email as an alternative.
Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
